HeartChat is run by AIDMH, the trading name of Mental Health of Australia Inc. AIDMH is a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient status, so donations of $2 or more are tax deductible. You will receive a receipt.

Listing fees paid by professionals are for a service, so they are not donations and do not get a donation receipt. Professionals can usually claim their listing fee as a business expense.
