Nidhi Trivedi

My name is Nidhi Trivedi. I am a counsellor, master coach, an author, a passionate speaker, wellbeing Officer and an inclusion support for behavioural children, youths & adults. I currently serve as a Chief Executive Officer for “NidhiPerception”. I am a passionate woman who loves to work with behavioural children, youths and adults. Working with challenges and getting break throughs is what I love about my work. Starting a business at a middle age with no resource or funding quickly forced me to realise that middle stage entreneurship was anything but transparent. I began documenting my experience and learning by focusing on helping and supporting more vunerable people in building them independent and making a difference in their lives. More than a decade, I have been in this Industry. Most of my work is a Humanitarian response. I believe that affected communities are always the first responders, and by listening we increase equality, justice and surge capacity. I am not afraid to dig in deep with my research and other information, and figure out the best way to leverage it.

મારું નામ નિધિ ત્રિવેદી છે. હું કાઉન્સેલર, માસ્ટર કોચ, લેખક, જુસ્સાદાર વક્તા, સુખાકારી અધિકારી અને વર્તણૂકીય બાળકો, યુવાનોઅને પુખ્ત વયના લોકો માટે સર્વસમાવેશક ટેકો ધરાવું છું. હું હાલમાં “નિધિપર્સેપ્શન” માટે ચીફ એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ ઓફિસર તરીકે સેવાઆપું છું. હું એક જુસ્સાદાર મહિલા છું જે વર્તણૂકીય બાળકો, યુવાનો અને પુખ્ત વયના લોકો સાથે કામ કરવાનું પસંદ કરે છે. પડકારોસાથે કામ કરવું અને બ્રેક થ્રુ મેળવવું એ જ છે જે મને મારા કાર્ય વિશે ગમે છે. કોઈ પણ સંસાધન અથવા ભંડોળ વિના મધ્યમ ઉંમરેવ્યવસાય શરૂ કરવાથી મને ઝડપથી સમજાયું કે મધ્યમ તબક્કાની ઉદ્યોગસાહસિક પારદર્શિતા સિવાય બીજું કંઈ પણ નથી. મેં મારાઅનુભવો અને શીખવાનું દસ્તાવેજીકરણ કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યું, જેમાં વધુ ઉત્સાહી લોકોને સ્વતંત્ર બનાવવા અને તેમના જીવનમાં પરિવર્તનલાવવામાં મદદ કરવા અને તેમને ટેકો આપવા પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરવામાં આવ્યું. એક દાયકાથી પણ વધુ સમય સુધી હું આ ઉદ્યોગમાંરહી છું. મારું મોટાભાગનું કાર્ય માનવતાવાદી પ્રતિસાદ છે. હું માનું છું કે અસરગ્રસ્ત સમુદાયો હંમેશાં પ્રથમ પ્રતિભાવ આપનાર હોય છે, અને સાંભળવાથી આપણે સમાનતા, ન્યાય અને વૃદ્ધિની ક્ષમતામાં વધારો કરીએ છીએ. હું મારા સંશોધન અને અન્ય માહિતી સાથેઊંડાણમાં ઊતરતાં ડરતી નથી અને તેનો લાભ ઉઠાવવાનો શ્રેષ્ઠ માર્ગ શોધી કાઢું છું

मेरा नाम निधि त्रिवेदी है। मैं एक काउंसलर, मास्टर कोच, एक लेखक, एक भावुक वक्ता, भलाई अधिकारी और व्यवहार वाले बच्चों, युवाओं और वयस्कों के लिए एक समावेश समर्थन हूं। मैं वर्तमान में “निधिपरसेप्शन” के लिए मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी के रूप में कार्यकरती हु। मैं एक भावुक महिला हूं जो व्यवहार वाले बच्चों, युवाओं और वयस्कों के साथ काम करना पसंद करती है। चुनौतियों के साथकाम करना और ब्रेक लेना मुझे अपने काम के बारे में पसंद है। बिना किसी संसाधन या धन, मध्यम आयु में एक व्यवसाय शुरू करने सेमुझे जल्दी से यह महसूस करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा कि मध्य चरण उद्यमिता कुछ भी नहीं बल्कि पारदर्शिता थी। अपने अनुभवऔर सीखने का दस्तावेजीकरण शुरू किया, उन्हें स्वतंत्र बनाने और उनके जीवन में अंतर बनाने में अधिक जीवंत लोगों की मदद करनेऔर उनका समर्थन करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया। एक दशक से अधिक समय से, मैं इस उद्योग में सेवा कर रही हु। मेरा अधिकांश कामएक मानवीय प्रतिक्रिया है। मेरा मानना है कि प्रभावित समुदाय हमेशा सबसे पहले प्रतिक्रिया देते हैं, और सुनने से हम समानता, न्यायऔर वृद्धि क्षमता बढ़ाते हैं। मैं अपनी शोध और अन्य जानकारी के साथ गहराई से खुदाई करने से डरती नहीं हूं, और इसका लाभ उठानेका सबसे अच्छा तरीका पता लगाती हूं।

I work for Early childhood Interventions and also as Behavioural support officer at a catholic school. I have done my Diploma in Early childhood and Education, Bachelors in Psychology (India), acquiring Diploma in counselling from Melbourne. I would like to join Heartchat and support people with mental health through my skills.
